Holiday: Kuala Lumpur

Been missing for a week. Wanted to post on Tuesday nite before we set-off to KL on Wed morning but I was too sick. Suddenly on Tuesday morning, after sending Nicky to school, i went home and took a nap. And ended up with a high fever - 38.3 degrees! Quickly took some panadol and went to take a queue number to see the doctor. In the meantime, we met up with KaoFu for lunch at my all-time fav bah chor mee ;) After that, I went back to get some antibotics and medicine for my endless cough and flu... Lucky my fever went off in time at nite, and I was able to wake up at 7am on wed...so we started our journey at 830am after picking kaoFu up! ;)

This time round, we stayed at Berjaya Times Square...


The rooms are huge! There is a kitchen in every room, lounge area, toilet and bath areas are inter-linked...


...and all of us had this view from our rooms...

Pavilion ~ a shopping mall which reminds me of Paragon. A place that is slightly more child-friendly, easier for us to bring nicky in a stroller....

Lunch ~ our usual fav shop, serving good roast duck and char siew noodles @ sungei wang!

Rollercoaster at Times Square~now I know what michelle meant when she said that Times Square has a rollercoaster ride that goes round in the shopping centre itself!

We settled for dinner at Manhattan, a nice coffeehouse ;) actually it is a pub cum dinner place...people playing pool, smoking and drinking...Ooops, nicky definitely was underaged!

We were suppose to leave on Friday afternoon, but we extended another nite...
So these were taken on the last day before we started our journey back to Singapore! ;)


Along our way back...only managed to take a few pictures... cos I was too sleeppppyyyyy ~
it was the usual snacking time, singing, posing for pictures, now nicky was using my hp to take pictures of me! hahah! and almost half of the journey was spent on....of cos, napping! I am really glad that Nicky stays inside the car seat thru-out the entire journey...and I would say that it is the "pacifier" that keeps him pacified! works like magic...well, it'll be time to wean him off soon...at least for now, he only requests for it when he is in the car and sometimes before he sleeps at nite ;)

This time, we were not caught in any jam, so it was real smooth at the customs...

and it was a safe trip for everyone! ;)
