Happy BIRTHDAY to SengSter & aunt Sue~

...we celebrated both ah dee & aunt sue's birthday yesterday, 29 Oct 2007..this is an annual affair as both their birthdays fall on the same day.. :)

it was a last minute decision on where to go for dinner and since it was raining quite a bit and we would prefer hot soup to chicken rice (boon tong kee), we decided on Bah Ku Teh @ balestier... Dad was working, so he couldn't join us.. but Thanks to rest that made it for dinner!! It was a pleasure... especially when it has been 2 weeks since i've seen the 2 boys.. Dinner was good, great soup that made mich visit the toilet twice before reaching gardens...poor thing. We didnt want to buy a cake and bring it out to cut so we settled for some milkshake and artic roll at home instead...

~Wedding Dinner@ Marina Mandarin on Sunday 28 October 07~

...yup yup i LOVE wedding dinners le.. just like to see the couple walking in, and watching the slides of their bridal pictures, montage, videos and lastly the food!! i always pig out during the dinner..dunno why, but I love wedding food (the best part, nice or not nice, i still eat, so greedy hor)! and since i am preggie, i don't even need to worry if my stomach might be showing...hahaha... It is ah dee's secondary schoolmate's wedding and the food is surprisingly good since the last wedding that I've attended there. Both the food and the company was great!! It is very difficult to find such a good combo at weddings, where you can sit with the people you know and do not have to feel shy / awkward or scratch ur heads to create small talks... :)

Online Shopping AGAIN!!!!

...yup just came back from collecting my stuff from meiji (the spree co-ordinator) and some of my Online shopping have arrived finally!! these are from Old Navy & Gap....yippeeee!! More addition to ashley's closet! which means i need to get make space for his wardrode soon...The socks are so cute! they come in a pack of 3 and I bought it becos of the little mouse...hahahah.... Now that my dress has arrived, and lucky it fits, still have some space at the moment too, which means I can wear it for awhile and I can buy more dresses liao..ooopss...

Myself @ 23rd & 24th wEEk

Ashley was weighing 555 grams on the 2 oct..we will see how much he weighs now at our next visit to dr Wong on 30th oct. According to the fetal assessment test, ashley is an above average baby (which we can tell till now), at least I am glad that all's well and he is healthy..the next thing that I can't wait is to see him soon... :0)

Our next appointment to see my gynae will be on the 30th oct and I will update the progress of ashley..

...as promised, i've manage to get some pics taken... see how are we both doing? or rather, am I still doing ok? sorie for the unglam look cos most of my shots were taken by KaoFu Lam at home or at the shop.. my usual specs and little missy tops..hee hee

I tot that this black top is totally an illusion..cos my tummy is not so obvious and most people can't really tell that I'm preggie until they see me from sideways.. some pple still walk directly into me on the streets.

I worked hard this morning at the shop, went out with ah Dee to open kopishop at 630am..wah cant remember the last time since I helped daddy to open the shop..maybe 6 yrs ago..thats yonks ago man...

of cos, we tot of having something yummy for lunch today with aunt Sue and to reward myself, we have decided to reach the makan place by 1130am to meet KaoFu Lam there and hope that we dont have to queue too long... as usual, we have to queue almost 45mins before we can tuck our chopsticks in...well, this is worth the wait..

...and guess wat I ate? it's The Crawford Lane bah Chor mee ~ promise cooks that I will bring her there soon.. :) this is the only bah Chor mee that I will always finish my bowl cos I dun normally like the bah Chor (too porky for me)..hahaha But this one comes with lots of vinegar w/o chilli and any ketchup! Only this bah Chor mee Pro. can do it this way... hee hee hee

...sob sob..I wasn't able to eat the oysters and sashimi at dinner. Missed out on the bestest stuff. nothing else seem yummy enough to replace these..haiz...lucky Rach peeled prawns for me and she was right, they are very fresh!! :) was just looking forward to maybe curry rice (jalan besar) for supper when ah Dee picks me up.. ***yay!**

Yup! tomorrow is our annual JCS dinner @ marriot hotel (buffet) and the theme for the nite is JAP FAB wor...cant wait for the food and cant wait to see what everyone will be wearing.. lastly, cant wait to see wat the winner will be wearing for the best Dress award...**wink**will promise good pics to share~ but I wun be able to dress to the theme very much.. cos of my big belly, but will try.. heehee

A wet Day yesterday...

what a change in weather after I left the office.. 1/2day leave **whistle~woohoo** and a long time since ah dee can pick me from the ofc (heehee)..rain rain rain..wet wet wet...

Nevertheless, we have been planning and looking forward for this meal @ Rendezvous hotel, yummy nasi padang.. Once again, our annual visit here when aunt Sue comes back..cos this is the only place that she can enjoy her favourite beeF Rendang & for me, the frieD chicken.

This week's updates:
a very short week for me, halfday on friday..lunch @ the prawn noodle place near bluJaz... shopping at bugis village after that with mich, aunt sue and Pam. got more clothes for myself to wear for the weekends... :)

The weekend is finally here and our 1st guest has arrived and is keeping himself occupied whilst all of us were in the kitchen preparing the food for our feast tonite! :)

Long awaited~

...as the title says, LONG-AWAITED!...

This week is gonna be a short week for us in the ofc! Friday, we only need to work halfday and on monday our ofc is closed! so I will be back to work on tuesday for half a day and I can go back...wah...It's like a super loooong-weekend for me, time to have a good break! cant wait cos it's been a long time since our last ph holiday in august..

My next long-awaited pocket calendar is on sale now! Thanks to Fion & shu Lynn for showing me theirs and since rach and me cant wait to get our hands on the new calendar, we went straight during lunch yesterday and got it! both of us got the same design :)

i am impressed that it starts from oct 07 - mar 09, which means that i can start using it already...those who have seen my old pocket calendars, you will know why i need one all the time **wink**

It was a wet wet wet sunday...only left at about 2pm for the flea market..went down with KaoFu Lam. This time I didnt bring anything to sell..the rest of the girls did. :) So i went to give them moral support and drinks..heh heh

I manage to get a brand new Topshop cardigan at $4! can you beat that?! well, everything else was small in size..very few babydoll stuff to fit me now, expanding waistline and hips.. hiaz. I'm happy with the cardigan, at least it is quite thin for me to wear in the ofc.

Ashley's Closet~

It has been a shopping week since our last visit to Dr Wong on tuesday.. now that we know what to get for Ashley, shopping seems to be a breeze especially in choosing the colors!

~An answer to my Prayer~

It's finally Ah dee's off day yesterday and we had an appt with Dr Wong to try and scan Ashley's sex.. :) so that I can do proper shopping instead of buying boring whites... After a long wait, it was our turn.. Dr Wong did her usual checking if everything is good..(am I taking enough milk? explaining why I am getting water retention and muscle cramps at nite etc.)

...and we started to scan..Ashley was really good, legs were open wide and the umbilical cord was not blocking at all.. and immediately, all 3 of us saw something...make a guess!

Is it a Girl or Boy?

Well, although Ah dee wanted a girl, at the end of the day, we are happy as long as all goes well and that Ashley is healthy, ya?! Now waiting for Cheryl to have her bb scan in 18 days...***counting down for you Cheryl*** cheryl says that Ashley will have a girlfriend..*wink*

Finally the consulation was over and we met daddy, mummy, aunti sue, pam, renee, kaofu Lam for dinner at Punggol nasi lemak *yum* before we headed to collect my online shopping. This is my 1st online shopping and finally the stuff has arrived! It includes both Ashley's bodysuits from Gap and my maternity wear from OldNavy...so happie le.
