For lesson 2, I shall say that it was a memorable one for me becos i am glad that ah dee made it VERY unforgettable **wink** :)
Most importantly for us mothers, where practising our pelvic floor muscles, we mustn't practise holding our pee (for 5 - 10secs) more than once a day, if not it will cause Urinary Tract Infection..wah jialat..
