my 1st Jamu massage

After 18 days, today I started my 1st Jamu massage with Rohani..it was a good good massage after a long long while.. and she could tell that I dont usually massage often hahah... she will target 5 sessions for me, hopefully my tummy will be GONE COMPLETELY by then! I am not sure how heavy I am now cos I dont have a weighing machine at home, but the last check-up at Dr wong's, I have 6kg to lose to get back my pre-pregnancy weight!

Well i have not attempted to put on any of my pants yet, cos they are still in the bomb-shelter.. i only have my maternity clothes in my wardrobe still..too lazy to change my wardrobe back..maybe after my confinement, when I have 2 more months to kill...i will start to revamp my wardrobe and hope everything still fits man! heh heh heh

Another good news to share! Our long awaited baby Hailey has arrived on 18 Feb and both mummy and baby are doing well. Congrats to Colin and Cheryl! I will visit them once I finish my confinement! Here are some pictures of her and her proud parents:

...admitted to TMC on 30th jan, 11.30pm and after 12 hrs of labour, I've only managed to dilate 5 cm, didnt want to wait any longer...so went for c-sect instead..well, it was a blessing in disguise as nicky actually weighed 3.5kg!! I am glad that I didn't have to push him out.. heh heh heh..

Our Bundle of joy has arrived on 31st jan @ 1.15pm.. :)

Gynae Check-up @ 39th weeK

...sorrie for not blogging after soooooo looong... been busy with many things since x'mas!!

Well, I will just start from the most recent updates..both SengSter and I have decided to give our little ashley another name and he will now be Nicholas Ashley Cheng.. :) as for the chinese name, it hasnt been confirmed as yet, cos we are going to check with our Geomancer when little Nicky arrives!!

TODAY... we went for our weekly check-up at dr Wong's and I did the CT-scan for 30mins, had 2 contractions and the best part, i didnt even know it! It jus felt like little Nicky doing his wriggling moves as usual...only until dr Wong was checking me, she felt the movements on my tummy and she asked if i felt uncomfortable, i told her No..and she said, that was a contraction..Ooopss.. maybe it wasnt intense but it really didnt feel that bad...as for little Nicky, he is now estimated to be 3.4kg. As planned, little Nicky will be induced tomorrow as dr Wong is afraid that he will be too big for me to deliver naturally if i waited any longer..

Soooo folks...I will update as soon as I can get my hands on the laptop again..till then, wish me all the Best!!

A Long Week~

yup..this is a very long week, gotta work OT on saturday..full day somemore le. It is not even mid-week yet and the tot of it makes me feel so sian liao..haiz..hope that this week can pass like a breeze!! The usual short weekend is never enough..well at least I manage to do some shopping on Saturday..went to Ikea with daddy & mummy.. bought wrapping paper and other stuff so looks like I have to do all my x'Mas wrapping soon before all my shopping piles up and the living room will look like a warzone... I also got something for Bebe doggie!! :)

~it's his new-bed!! we are trying to get him used to his bed before we move to sengkang~cos he will lose his "territory" under the sofa as we will not be bringing the old sofa to sengkang...

As for daddy, he's now got black eyes becos of the blood circulation that is flowing downwards..so he looks like a panda with real bad eye-bags..the swell on his forehead has gone down quite alot, now only the scar left..lucky lucky..

2nd Antenatal Class

For lesson 2, I shall say that it was a memorable one for me becos i am glad that ah dee made it VERY unforgettable **wink** :)

Most importantly for us mothers, where practising our pelvic floor muscles, we mustn't practise holding our pee (for 5 - 10secs) more than once a day, if not it will cause Urinary Tract Infection..wah jialat..
